Larry Smith is an eXp Realty Broker Associate and a lifelong Texan raised in Dallas–Fort Worth. He attended Texas A&M on a track and cross-country scholarship. Early work with real estate agents sparked an interest in helping people become homeowners.
His career has included work as a mortgage broker, listing agent, investor and builder. Seeing transactions from those different perspectives shaped his approach to negotiation and his understanding of the decisions buyers and sellers face.
Larry puts his clients’ needs first, emphasizing honesty, hard work and professionalism. He enjoys helping people at every stage, from buying a first home to finding a retirement or vacation property.
Outside real estate, Larry enjoys golf, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, fishing and hunting.
