Your choice
By selecting YES to the SMS question and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Larry Smith Group at eXp Realty about your requested property, home search and assumable-home resources. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Selecting NO or leaving the optional question unanswered does not prevent you from viewing the property or requesting other assistance.
Messages and frequency
The initial follow-up sequence includes up to three texts over approximately eight days, adjusted for permitted sending hours. Replies and additional updates you request may vary in frequency. Message and data rates may apply. We do not guarantee message delivery; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from automated texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Larry at laurence.smith@exprealty.com or 972-345-7141. A request to stop will be honored; you do not need to purchase anything or provide a reason.
Privacy and your number
See the eXp website Privacy Policy. Your SMS choice applies to Larry Smith Group's property follow-up program, not to consent for another company's marketing. Do not submit someone else's number. Notify Larry if you change or give up your number. Do not send financial documents or other sensitive information by marketing text.
